Implementation

Our company can offer high-quality, yet cost-effective equipment. The implementation of the whole contract follows the previous engineering and preparation of the technical documentation in the following steps:

Orders management

Quality order management is an important prerequisite for success. Complex technological units bring a number of changes and refinements during all stages of the order. However, despite these obstacles, it is important to still coordinate all activities. This is especially important in relation to the set objectives — quality of deliveries, terms of performance, agreed prices and overall cooperation of all participating companies.

Although we are mostly working as a partner of the main technology provider, we still keep in mind that everything has to work as a one tuned unit.

Delivery of the components

The components are usually supplied with equipped power distribution cabinets including control systems and power control elements, and other cables, supporting mounting material and switching and control cabinets. In recent years, a great emphasis has been placed on meeting the standards related to the safety of work machines. We take into account these requirements in our solutions too.

When carrying out the complete deliveries, we also include instruments for measuring and control (field instrumentation), which are necessary for the automation process. 

In cases where the customer prefers components other than those we normally supply, that may be a subject of negotiations.

Installation and commissioning

On the basis of the project documentation, we will perform a complete installation of electrical equipment at the place of implementation in the agreed scope according to the relevant standards. 

After complete assembly, circuit tests are carried out with the connection to the control system on both the input and output sides. Following this check, the step-by-step activation of the individual parts is carried out according to the schedule, until the whole technology is finally put into operation. At this stage, our technicians can also benefit from their long-term experience and knowledge of various technological parts.

Supply of operation software and visualization

An essential part of the above-mentioned commissioning is the testing of the full functionality of the control system software and visualization provided by us. Graphic visualizations on PC screens, control panels, or mobile tablets can display the set and actual values, alarms, defined error messages, or trends of the analogue values.  According to access level, the operator can also change the parameters or technology recipe.

The commissioning is usually followed by the test run and operator training to use the technology and visualization. We place a great emphasis on this stage of the order.

Documentation

The life cycle of the order is terminated by handing over the complete electrical documentation describing the actual installation, both in printed and electronic form. An integral part is also the technical documentation, including the manuals and technical sheets of the devices used for implementation. By default, we also supply a list of actual settings for configurable devices. Most often, these are frequency converters or electro-pneumatic regulators, etc. If a requirement for delivery of calibration sheets and certificates is included in the contract, these documents are taken from the manufacturers and handed to customers.

Part of our standard delivery is also the operation manual with description of visualization and its controls.
