Service and support
We provide service and technical support for industrial electrical drives, frequency inverters and other industrial automation control systems. Service and technical support are one of the most important after-sales services. Every device must be regularly inspected and maintained under proper operating conditions. All technical materials have a limited service life and therefore it is necessary to perform the required service intervention quickly and with the least possible extra costs.
Authorized warranty and post-warranty service
Our technicians are regularly trained by the suppliers of the instruments offered by us to perform both warranty and post-warranty service. As a part of the preventive inspections and service interventions required by the customer in the event of a malfunction, we perform the measurement of the power and control parts of the equipment, various operation tests as well as cleaning. By default, we draw up the Service Protocol listing all the facts found and the recommended procedures to solve each case. We use the state-of-the-art high-quality measuring and recording equipment from world brands (oscilloscopes, megmets, digital clamp ammeters, tachometers, etc.) for service interventions.
In case of a post-warranty service, we offer a variety of service conditions, such as agreed response times, spare parts holding, hotline, etc.
As a standard, we also offer a supply of spare parts to the currently supplied equipment. These are primarily:
- frequency inverters from TOSHIBA and Schneider Electric (MX eco/pro);
- soft starters AuCom from esco antriebstechnik GmbH, Germany.
In case of a service contract, we can provide service and spare parts for already finished orders after the warranty period. This applies mainly to MaR devices, drives, control systems and alike.
Training and technical support
For our regular and new customers, we prepare regular training courses about the TOSHIBA frequency inverters supplied by us. These training courses are intended primarily for automation engineers as well as technicians and service staff.
The training courses take place in our training room (or in the customer premises, if required) and they are thematically divided into several sections. In the training, the customers learn about the basic and extending features of TOSHIBA drives and the practical experience with their deployment in the industry. The training is accompanied by practical exercises in our laboratory.
The technical support offered by us consists mainly in the provision of high-quality design documentation and manuals for the supplied components in the Czech language. These documents are available for download for the individual products.
